Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you're not, you're entitled to the right of withdrawal set out by EU consumer law. Below we explain the timelines, costs and how to start a return.

Withdrawal period

You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to request a return under the right of withdrawal granted by EU consumer law, with no need to justify your decision.

Shipping costs

Return shipping is on the customer unless the product arrives defective, damaged or differs from what was ordered. In those cases we cover the return cost and send you a prepaid label.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products (for example, figures painted to commission or bespoke sculpts), nor to items that have been assembled, painted or otherwise modified by the customer.

How to start a return

Email secondlegionmarket@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we'll issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days at most.
