Terms and conditions

1. Identification

2. Scope

These terms govern the online sale of 3D-printed Warhammer-universe miniatures and accessories through this website. Buyers must be of legal age and must expressly accept these terms to place an order.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and do not include taxes. Shipments outside the EU may incur local duties and import taxes that are payable by the customer and are not included in the displayed price.

4. Contract formation

The contract is formed upon payment confirmation. An electronic invoice will be emailed within 24 hours.

5. Right of withdrawal

Except for the exclusions defined by local consumer law, the customer has 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without justification. See the returns policy.

6. Warranty

The seller is liable for non-conformity for 3 years as per applicable consumer law, excluding defects caused by misuse or third-party paint jobs.

7. Dispute resolution

Customers may file complaints at the email above. The parties submit to the relevant consumer arbitration body or, failing that, the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
